Rugged PIONEER Levelers Keep Working For You.
Fully hydraulic HP Series Levelers offer solid-state proximity sensors to control deck and lip functions, including automatic return to safe cross traffic position when truck departs. Lip hinge features full-width, cold roll CF 1045 steel pin and seamless tubing for exceptionally heavy loads. Lip keepers serve as night locks for security and provide safe cross-traffic support when unit is stored.

Other		Exclusive PIONEER Base Frame Support Struts make our Hydraulic Series the strongest and safest Levelers in the industry today! The HP's hydraulic system features a 4" Main Cylinder with a 2" ram. Inline Safety Stop guards against free-fall in the event of premature truck departure. PIONEER'S solid steel Structural "C" Channel offers matchless deck support-providing a 39% greater resistance to elastic bending moments than other industry designs. Solid-state Proximity Sensors (HP only) control all Leveler functions, including automatic return to cross-traffic position upon truck departure.

Warranty		PIONEER provides a 5-year warranty on structural members and proximity sensors. A 1 -year warranty is provided on motor pump and miscellaneous parts (including materials, labor, and freight).
